Quite basic. You get what you pay for (it is Cancun in the end). The location isn’t great and kind of shady to walk around the area at night. Rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean.

Stay in here for three weeks endured numerous inconveniences Such as intermittent, hot water, nonfunctioning toilet, unavailable hotel manager, Occasional inoperable elevator, Hotels, public toilets are mostly in operable, wi-Fi is only available on the first and second floors. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and closes at 1:30. No ice is available in the hotel. The air conditioning work well, and the beds were comfortable with linens changed every day. Generally, the hotel is a very clean environment. The staff is friendly, and appear to be confident in their jobs, but the needs of the hotel are over their heads, and they don’t seem to have authority. The hotel needs full-time on premise management.

Honestly. I am genuinely impressed at the professionalism and cleanliness of this hotel. It’s not a luxury hotel but it definitely is nice for a weekend getaway! Pools are small but well maintained and honestly, the airy-ness and openness is refreshing. Nice constant breeze regardless of the time of day! Will definitely come back!!

Pros: Downtown so Ubereats only takes 10 minutes to deliver to you once they prepare your food and its cheap to order and theres a 7/11, a cheap quesadilla place about two blocks down and pharmacy. Everything else is only about 5 bucks taxi from the hotel that you could need. Open Aired courtyard with every room having its own ac so you dont have to worry about corona through the vents. Ac is cold once it gets going. They have Wifi that works ok enough to download netflix shows on your device when everybody sleeps and they have CNN. Rooms are clean but dont plan on drinking the water from the faucet they give you 2 little bottles a day so get something from the 7/11. They have 2 pools and there is a nice view from the upper pool on the roof to see a little bit of downtown. They have a little breakfast place inside the hotel which is nice and not too expensive. Seemed like the hotel is family focused Cons: Because of the pool and the layout of the hotel and the kids that love the pool it can get noisy but things die down after 9pm when it closes. Waking up a 930am with kids splashing loudly in the pool was a bit annoying on maybe 2 of the 9 days I spent there. Only english channel is CNN so bring a tablet if you want to watch something btw hbomax doesnt work in offline mode in mexico. You will need to get your own drinks/water and dont drink from the faucet from any water source in cancun. Good idea to have translation software but thats nitpicky your in mexico. Summary: I would come back a little more prepared but it was enjoyable for the price paid compared to spending 150-300 bucks a night 15 minutes away from downtown in the hotel area where the majority of beaches are.

Great location and close to pretty much everything that you need. All of the staff from top to bottom were very friendly and helpful to us. Daniel who speaks great English tried his best to help us get around the Cancun. Front desk people were also very helpful. I do recommend staying at this hotel. However, I also recommend that the hotel management do something about the noise level that is coming from the pool and lobby area. When it's crowded, it can be a bit difficult to sleep at night.

I think this place is a genuine diamond in the rough, as it was extremely easy to get around, plenty affordable, and I felt very safe/cleanliness was upheld daily in the room. They even let you keep your bags behind the counter until check in if you arrive early. I personally didn't think buying the breakfast options was worth it as there's tons of places nearby, but it's nice they have that plus 2 pools if you're planning to spend more time at the hotel.

Great location. Close to everything, transportation, restaurants, stores. Yes, like other people mentioned, it is very close to night clubs and the music lasts all night long. I love dogs, but the dog barking from the house across the street is awful, and 24 hs. So, make sure you bring noise cancelling earbuds. Now, about the hotel, I have to say, that it was very clean, housekeeping was coming daily to take care of my room. The 2 pools were well maintained. Met Salvador, he was cleaning the lobby area in the mornings, very helpful and respectful. The highlight of this place in my opinion are Juan and Javier from the front desk. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was the best. Their service and dedication make a big difference between a good stay and a WONDERFUL stay. Hope they get the recognition they deserve, by the hotel CEO. Thank you again Salvador, Javier and Juan for an outstanding customer service. Sincerely, Verónica E.

Pretty place. Pretty and comfortable rooms. All clean. With all services. The bathroom is not too pretty but it's clean and works well. Food is good but breakfast is not included. But the prices for food are affordable. Far away from good places to visit in Cancun. Nothing good nearby. It's noisy around during the night. Service is good.
